Shipment
A minimum purchase total of 19 € in products (tax and shipping excl.) is required in order to validate your order.
Free shipping for orders over 750 € without VAT.
Transportation costs will be the following according to the destination country and order weight.
- Europe A: Portugal
- Europe B: Germany, Italy
- Europe C: Luxembourg, The Netherlands
- Europe D: Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania
- Europe E: Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania
- Europe F: Denmark, Finland, Greece, Sweden

Free shipping for orders over 150 € without VAT with destination mainland Spain. For orders under this price we will charge 4,95 €, independently from the weight.
Transportation costs will be as follows. It does not include possible additional customs, taxes or any other cost. Such expenses will be credited by the client at the moment he receives the product.

Big size shipping
Transportation costs do not include going upstairs with big size merchandise (beds, equipment or any big size product). In these cases, transportation will leave the product at street level. We have the option of an additional service to take the product up to your domicile. Check price.
How long will it take to deliver my product?
The delivery period will vary depending on the destination, being normal 24/48 hours to mainland Spain, 5 work days to Baleares and 7 work days to Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla. Excepting incidences related to transportation or stock shortage.
Delivery to a distant town use to be hard, transportation might not go daily and it may take longer.
Shipping and delivery are made from Monday through Friday, excepting holidays. Time shown is an estimated and start counting since the order has left our deposits. If your order has not left 3 work days after you made your order or payment, contact us and we will inform you about estimated shipping and delivery time.
VERY IMPORTANT: Indicate your delivery address correctly when placing your order. Any address change once the order is in the “preparing” stage will represent an extra 3,00 € cost beside a 3 days delay.

Credit or debit card
This form of payment is immediately and totally safe. All payments made through this form of payment will be validated by your bank and, if accepted, will be automatically and instantly sent to us. You may require a security key to be able to make such payments online. Check with your bank if you don’t know your security code. VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro are accepted. PayPal
PayPal is one of the most secure and most used forms of payment to pay for purchases on the Internet. When you select this form of payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will log in and you’ll be able to select the source of the funds. You will then be redirected to our website to complete the order. More info>>
Bank transfer
With this form of payment you must make a transfer for the amount of the order or a deposit in our bank account (Banco Sabadell). Your order will be prepared once the payment arrives. Please note that if you transfer from a different entity to Banco Sabadell, the payment can take up to 24 to 72 business hours. The data to make the transfer will be provided at the end of the order and you will also receive them in your email in the summary of the purchase.
Collect On Delivery (COD)
Pay the order when delivered by the transport company. This payment method entails a 3% handling fee on the total order with a minimum of € 3. This payment method is limited to a total maximum of 300 € and is only valid in peninsular Spain. It is advisable to have the exact amount in case the dealer doesn’t have change.
Changes
To make any change on the material received you will have to contact us within 14 natural days maximum after the arrival of the product.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal period will expire 14 natural days after the day you or a third person indicated by you, different from the transporter, received the items.
Cancellation
You can only cancel orders that haven’t been sent. In case you want to cancel an order that has been sent, you will be charged the corresponding return costs according to the volume and weight of the package.
Taxes
Current purchase prices at the moment of making the order are the ones appearing in the screen, except typographical mistakes. Prices do not include VAT and are written in EUROS. At the moment of the purchase, Spain VAT will be applied according to the current taxation regulations. You will be extent of VAT in the following cases:
- If the user/buyer is an European Enterprise registered as intra-community VAT operator.
- If the user/buyer is out of EU space or out of the tax application field: Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla.
Generally, any tax, fee, rate, customs duty and brokerage that is gained from product purchase, as well as any other expenses derived from the same, will be on the account of the user/buyer.
