Big size shipping

Transportation costs do not include going upstairs with big size merchandise (beds, equipment or any big size product). In these cases, transportation will leave the product at street level. We have the option of an additional service to take the product up to your domicile. Check price.

How long will it take to deliver my product?

The delivery period will vary depending on the destination, being normal 24/48 hours to mainland Spain, 5 work days to Baleares and 7 work days to Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla. Excepting incidences related to transportation or stock shortage.

Delivery to a distant town use to be hard, transportation might not go daily and it may take longer.

Shipping and delivery are made from Monday through Friday, excepting holidays. Time shown is an estimated and start counting since the order has left our deposits. If your order has not left 3 work days after you made your order or payment, contact us and we will inform you about estimated shipping and delivery time.

VERY IMPORTANT: Indicate your delivery address correctly when placing your order. Any address change once the order is in the “preparing” stage will represent an extra 3,00 € cost beside a 3 days delay.

This form of payment is immediately and totally safe. All payments made through this form of payment will be validated by your bank and, if accepted, will be automatically and instantly sent to us. PayPal is one of the most secure and most used forms of payment to pay for purchases on the Internet. When you select this form of payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will log in and you’ll be able to select the source of the funds. Bank transfer

With this form of payment you must make a transfer for the amount of the order or a deposit in our bank account (Banco Sabadell). Your order will be prepared once the payment arrives. Please note that if you transfer from a different entity to Banco Sabadell, the payment can take up to 24 to 72 business hours. The data to make the transfer will be provided at the end of the order and you will also receive them in your email in the summary of the purchase.

Collect On Delivery (COD)

Pay the order when delivered by the transport company. This payment method entails a 3% handling fee on the total order with a minimum of € 3. This payment method is limited to a total maximum of 300 € and is only valid in peninsular Spain. It is advisable to have the exact amount in case the dealer doesn’t have change.
