If your product doesn't work or presents any problem, send an explanatory message. You can attach pictures.
If you received a damaged package, you have not received any of the products you bought, or you want to notify any problem about your order, please leave a message. In case of damage, it is imperative that we receive pictures for us to verify it.
If you want to change or return the material you received you should contact us within a maximum period of 14 natural days after you became the order.
Indicate the bill number and the reason for the change and/or returns.
IMPORTANT: It is necessary that the product you return is in its original package and with all the documentation (procedures manual, bill, etc...)
Material Estetica S.L. reserves its right not to accept the product for the reparation, return and/or change if the material doesn't comply with the Terms of Purchase.
