Description
Apply 2 coats of Peggy Sage nail polish, then your top coat.
Cut small pieces of foil at random to give a broken glass effect to your manicure, then place them on your top coat when it is not dry, using the nail art tongs 149293. Allow to dry and then gently apply a second coat of top coat. Can also be used perfectly with I-LAK.
